I saw this video clip on Endtime TV channel and came here to subscribe to your channel. I have never seen the problem of Nigeria summarised in less than 7 minutes before.
God bless you for speaking up.

WoW! I love my African brothers and sisters, but I have seen a lot of African "Prophets and Prophetess" come to America and take advantage of naive people. I have seen a lot of American Pastors and Preachers go to Africa and take advantage of my African brothers and sisters. I also see American Pastors take advantage of people who honestly seek the Lord. Thank You God I have been delivered from Gucci Pastors and Prophets. May the Lord open our eyes.

This is fact, I went to meet a popular prophet for a problem I had, he said I should pay 200k this same prophets heals people for free in the congregation... I was in the congregation and could not get my problem solved, from that day I decided to pray on my own till God answers...
You are absolutely right, all they are after now is milking the rich and the poor and making life hard for the poor, by using the offerings and tithe and donations to build expensive schools where average members children or even the poor can not even dream to attend...
And I have not seen any graduated from this universities, inventing anything, they mostly turn out to be running abroad for jobs in better economy...

Im a Christian Apologist and Ive been fighting on this in local churches for a long time. You are very correct and no iota of lie is in your views.
Let me add disclaimer to those who will watch and misrepresent your view: The presenter wasnt fighting Christianity nor does he hold the view that Christianity is a scam. He is doing what everyone of us should be doing and sensitizing us to stand up for the truth of our faith (Saving Gospel) that was earlier handed over to us rather than bastardized version we are having today.
    Cheers 😊

I thought I was the only one that have realized this scam industry. A Pastor once scammed me of my school fees. They have messed up our beautiful Christian faith especially in Nigeria. Married woman are now Loyal and submissive to their Pastors instead of their Husbands. It's very Terrible!

That was the purpose from inception, The Romans only adopted Christianity to unify their empire for easy tax collections. Nothing beautiful about Christianity, it only gives you impression that you can place your guilt and iniquities on someone else.

Well said!! Let him/ her who have ears listen, and use his/her God-given brain to know and understand that God does NOT need money, though loves a cheerful giver who would give joyfully for the work of the ministry which is the opposite of what is happening now. These men are just building their empires. They are definitely not doing the work of the Kingdom as Jesus Christ demonstrated. Many of them are wolves in sheep clothing, and God would ask them on that day they stand before Him to give account.

Oh my brother; thank you so much for coming out with this plain truth! I share your perspective. The era has come for Christians to personally develop a relationship with God. Christianity is NOT congregation but individual. Nigeria’s problems are not just politicians but some robbing pastors. However, I believe in tithe because I have had many encounters with God in which I will forever promote His work on earth. What are happening in some of our churches today are very sad. Bible has warned us about all the false and ungodly church leaders, May they repent sooner before it’s too late, amen. Continue my brother; it’s the truth!

@@kestodventures3087what I have experienced is Pastors using one's beliefs against them. Eg a Christian believes in visions and prophecy, then they tell the person their mother or husband or wife is after their life spiritually. The person then begins to do away with all their money or property to seek for deliverance and wealth for years, sometimes decades. Once they are retired or becomes poor, they then realise how they had put all other aspects of their lives on hold cos they used their prime in chasing shadows.

    • @amazingdryewwy5318
      @amazingdryewwy5318 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@kestodventures3087most of the victims have a good understanding of the bible, but didn't know that the supposed Pastor that should give them guidance is actually interacting with them with alterior motives. This abuse of power has destroyed many destinies and families.

👴🏽⛪We know older generation big pastors have big money, big position, anointing of King Saul who misled Israel into error.
✡️👨🏽But we are younger generation, anointing of David.
🕊️Almighty God will use us to repair damage those error pastors' god of mammon 419 tithe sermons have damaged Holy Bible doctrine in Nigeria.
🛡️We are the Davids, we defeated Goliath, and we will repair the damage Saul did upon the holy altar of Almighty God.
    🛐 Amen and amen !
🛡️We zealously, earnestly contend for the faith once delivered to the saints in Christ Jesus.
🛡️By God's powerful anointing of young David, no G.O. pastor can stop our fresh anointing, greater is He that is in us, than he that is just an ordinary human being G.O. pastor.

As much as I am fully aware that many pastors now adays a wolves yet I refused to be gullible by looking at one side of the picture just as you have done.
    The questions are:
    1. Were the givers complaining?
    2. Were they hypnotized to give?
    3. Are practically saying the givers are toddlers, that they can't decide for themselves?
    4. Should a pastor now be scared to share their personal experiences with their own because they know you won't believe it?
    5. That you don't believe it, does it mean it didn't happen?
    6. Between the church and the government, which of them is killing the country?
    7. Do you do this because the view is a latest discussion or you're actually pained?

Liborous Oshoma is a smart man, an insightful attorney. However, like many Nigerian thought leaders or intellectuals he is weak at presenting firm arguments supported by incontrovertible ideas. He unwittingly opens up his commentary with shallow points, absurd clichés and weak premises that are very easy to debunk and thwart.
While I agree with him loosely on the crux of his opinion which is the abuse of the tithing doctrine, he has not really presented himself as someone who understands the complex problems of the Nigerian church specifically Pentecostalism. He has spent approximately 7 minutes making a lot of overgeneralizations, scornful remarks and emotional statements that will generate only clicks and not solutions.
    I will highlight a few:
    Weak and incorrect premise:
… It is not in doubt that religion is the opium of the masses…
This is a statement attributed to Karl Marx. Nowhere has it been resolved or firmly theorized to be an incontrovertible fact. Therefore you cannot say: “… it is not in doubt...” Even Karl Marx evolved on the thought over the course of his life. A better statement should have been: “According to Karl Marx, religion is the opium of the masses…”
    Biblically incorrect statement and argument:
A lot of false prophets have taken advantage … In Nigeria…magicians have taken over the house of God… they are prophets of Baal, to them Christianity starts and ends with giving…
Here, Liborous is trying to attribute falsehood in ministry to the endless monetary demand made by pastors. What an endless demand is can be very subjective. For instance, it is neither overtly stated in scripture that starting and ending a service with a monetary demand is the sign of a false prophet nor is it stated that not starting and not ending a service with a monetary demand is the sign of a genuine ministry.
    Unnecessary scornful remark:
“What God cannot do does not exist, NA LIE!!!”
I believe this statement, which is the slogan of NSPPD, is a poetic play on the biblical verse: Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”
You have chosen, like many internet armchair critics, to decontextualize it, misrepresent it and then use it like a tool of scorn just so that you can land a punch line for a joke.
Come on! I am certain that you are more knowledgeable than this.

Don't mind the so-called lawyer. He was only playing to the gallery and re-echoing sentiments that are lacking in sound and deep knowledge making rounds on the social media.
If he is a true lawyer, then he should know that every claim must be supported by evidence. And if he is a scholar, he should know that every quote must be supported by a source.
Imagine this man talking about tithes without knowing the types of tithes in the Bible. Maybe he thinks there is just one type.
Truly, while he sounds educated, comely, and presentable, he exposed himself to ridicule.
My strong word of advice to him is that before he comes to the public to air an untested argument, he should first do a proper and balanced research on whatever subject of his choosing. If not, he will be torn to shreds with his presentation.
It's a good thing that he's trying to make ends meet by creating content on social media, but doing so in a controversial terrain and trying to trample down on Christianity will do him no favours.

So after your heavy prayers for success in your exam, and God listens, He then do the learning for you?
After the wisdom to create wealth is given to you by divine mercy and grace, you now wait on God to now put your hands to work to become rich? This is the man's perspective

There is no doubt that a certain class of so-called preachers are doing more harm than good to Christianity. I give that to you. However, it is no surprise to some of us because the Bible forewarned us -- Matt. 7:15 - ..., 2 Cor. 11-13-15.
Where you got it all wrong, naivettely wrong, was where you mentioned the tithe. Bro, you know nothing about tithing. Don't pardon my words, it's your comment on it that exposed you.
Just to teach you a little bit, Google, if you may, the types of tithes in the Bible. I am sure what you will find out will make you cringe within you.
As for giving, that is purely a spiritual matter. Again you know nothing about giving. Adherents of the Christian faith are supposed to be lavish givers. The Jews and Muslims consistently outgive Christians. This is no Bible study so I have no time to teach you.
As for being Levites et al and receiving offering, the Bible calls us Kings and Priests (Rev. 5:10) and Apostle Paul tells us to give and sow seeds as we are persuaded within us (2 Cor. 12, Rom. 9, Heb.6).
Oga, if you want to know more about spiritual things, attend a Bible teaching church or simply enrol in a theological school.
No come public come dey fall your hand. And don't allow the devil to use you more than those you allege are destroying Christianity.

Sir if you are still in support of tithing then you need someone to sit you down and explain the scriptures to you, tithing should be paid only by revelation not doctrine, don't be deceived by anyone telling you to pay tithe, you need to read your Bible with understanding and that's where most Christians get it wrong, you really need to understand the tithing doctrine very well, don't read Malachi 3 as a basis for tithing, you need to understand how tithing started and why it was practiced and its progression from the old testament to new testament, and secondly you said Apostle paul said we should sow seed and I can tell you for a fact that's a big lie, that's reading the bible out of context, you don't just read a bible verse without understanding the subject matter, those verse you quote his not talking about sowing seed as money, this is why I said you have to read with understanding, the only one I agree with you is giving, yes as a Christian it's our duty to give generously to support the work of God,may God give you understanding, God bless you

😂 you too dey fall your hand. You have just inadvertently joined the gang of the ignoramus.
Your tithe, gift, seed, sacrifice and the one you call offering all come under one major name. And that is offering.
As Christians, we should do better than the Old Testament folks (Matt. 5:20).
That said, you agreed we should give lavishly. Good. With what yardstick do you measure that? It is the yard stick of the Old Testament.
For your info, there are at least 3 types of tithes in the Old Testament. Then you must give your offerings, and offer your sacrifices. What we call seed today is what was called sacrifice. Although, there are other forms of sacrifice.
So, to be a lavish giver to God's work, you have to give more than what is stipulated in the OT. Until you know about tithes, sacrifices, gifts, and offerings in the OT, you cannot do better now.
Mr. Chicken head, have you learned something?
