If you visit Romania again, do check taxi and Uber/Bolt prices, they are not as high as you might expect. For example in Brasov, from the train station to the historic center it would be maybe around 12-15 RON so 93-116 BAHT - ofc depends where exactly in the historic center but it's just 3-4km and prices are not that high.
That statue (where the buffalo symbol was) is Michael the Brave and more than 400 years ago he was the first one to unite the 3 historic Romanian kingdoms, Wallachia, Transylvania and Moldova.
The buffalo thingy is the coat of arms of Moldova and it's not a buffalo, it's an Aurochs
Please note that you have visited only a few cities. And that there are 2 definitions of Transylvania, one is the region, the other one is the historic kingdom. The region is the one you use but the historic kingdom or extended definition includes Banat (major city Tmisoara), Crisana ( Oradea) and Maramures.
I will use the extended definition as that's the one that is usually used. Major cities - Brasov, Oradea, Timisoara, Sibiu, Cluj, Arad. Smaller cities- Sighisoara Alba Iulia, Deva and a lot less important and smaller, Blaj, Turda and some others.
Now, things to visit in the region, well, there is a lot more than just cities. The entire region is hills and mountains but from mountains there are of course lakes, waterfalls, caves, gorges, mineral and thermal springs and more.
Fortifications many, in many places and very important are the many fortified churches, 7 or 8 of them are a Unesco world heritage site.
In Maramures, a fantastic region that's mostly rural, an absolute must, the wooden churches and the wooden gates are very specific - and yeah, 7 or 8 of those churches are also a Unesco world heritage site.
Life in the countryside is also a key attraction in Romania and a must. In some ways it's similar to Thailand but there are also major differences due to the different climate.
Romania has also one of the top cuisines in the world but you have to try the right dish in the right restaurant - and the best food is home made anyway.
Oh and Sinaia is technically not in Transylvania, it's just outside of it. It's in Prahova county so in Wallachia.
