I have a feeling that Robin wouldn't like she did when luffy was there. She only said that because she knew someone with chances of beating Crocodile was there. Of course, she wouldn't say "oh heres pluton" and read everything to crocodile. But I do have in mind, that she will make something up so complex that Crocodile would think is true, but had always been a lie. Zoro most likely would be able to escape if he found out. I dont think the Vinsmokes will find Sanji at Baratie, but instead Sanji would die at the hands of Don Krieg. And I have a feeling that Chopper, being overwhelmed by Wapol, would end up going Monster Point, and killing everyone. If not, he would atleast kill enough people before being stopped, to become a monster again. Nami and Ussop I feel is the only plausable option. Koby might be rescued by Marines, maybe even Axe-hand Morgan, and would end up meeting helmeppo, but because Morgan is way stronger, Koby either dies, or is saved by Zoro, who destroys Morgan, and then it goes cannon, Helmeppo and Koby becoming friends, being trained by Garp, etc.
