    Mang domeng salamat po sa useful tips ninyo. May couple of qurstions lang po ako:
    1. Bakit dry na yung atsuete na may lihiya mo na nakalagay sa tub? Kusa na ba yun na magda dry after putting lihiya?
    2. Yung chopped garlic.. pwede bang gawin in advance at ilagay sa freezer? O pwede rin ba sa chiller?

      pag tumatagal na nagging dry na and pwede na sya iactivate by using plain water
      garlic pwedeng pwede sa chiller basta make sure na lagyan ng salt madaam for preservative

      sir wala kong proper measurement pero ang good jan habang nagluluto kayo sa loob ng 2 hours pwede nyong magdagdag base sa guato nyong tamis nung alamang, yung sugar ang magdidictate ng kulay ng alamang nyo pag nag caramelize na sya
