Hi Dan & Mazzy. It was me who said hello to you both this morning. Love your videos and thanks for the mention at the end. Enjoy Wharfdale, making sure to visit Grassington village.
We loved our service pitch at hawes because it woz on April 12th it woz lovely vip pitch and the play area where the rabbits were could have watched them for ages xxxzx
Hi we stayed in one of those cottages u was showing a few years ago and the building next door to them was a games room when we stayed . I totally agree with u both the site is lovely and hawes is lovely too
Good video , im re subscribing as you and Mazzy seem to be happier presenting together , i only live 25 miles from Hawes and after your presentation i will be booking for later in the year , good professional job , thanks
Hope you made it to whafedale through kettlebell. Lot shorter that way but tight in places. Spoke to you this morning at reception. Good luck for the future we may meet again with a bit more time to chat. Mandy & Mike.👍
Love your tours of the campsites you stay on. When I was a young teenager my Dad bought a 19 foot trailer and for a summer vacation he would tow it from Southern Ontario to the East Coast of Canada and we would stay at sites in different Provinces along the way. I loved it except for having to use Pssst dry spray shampoo on my long hair. No shower in our trailer and just a tiny sink. There would be 4 adults and us 2 young teenagers. We did that for years until my Dad decided to park it at a local camp site and me and my teenaged friends over the years would pretend to run away and go stay there for a few days. It was a sad day when my Dad passed away and the trailer was sold. Haven't trailer camped since. Your campsite tours and adventures bring back a lot of memories. Anne
Hawes and wharfedale. My fave sites, luckily they are so accessible for us. Loved the review.Thanks. A site also a fave of mine but private is Knight Stainforth in Settle. We are going there in 3 weeks. It is by a river and this time of year, you may get to see the salmon jumping. Knight stainforth also have a fab restaurant on site. 😊
We love this site and haven't even visited 😂 great video, thanks for sharing more of the actual site this time, your foodie vlog from the last stay was great and showed off Hawes so we now can't wait to visit ourselves 😁 enjoy the rest of your stay 👍
Dan, break out that metal detector! Nice campground. But they all look the same. Go find some WW2 grenades! But of course those six or seven pubs are the only thing that matters.., 😂
I have always thought that the pitch marker routine was odd, obviously set up originally for caravans and not for motorhomes, I think all they had to was to say if you have a caravan park with the marker on your left corner and if you have a motorhome park with the maker on your right corner.
Hiya, love u guys, always watch your little videos, can I just say cause I'm pretty sure not alot of people know this, but about 10 minute walk from that site is a beautiful site called Bainbridge Ings...its probably the same distance to town as that one,but oh so much prettier...more spaced out and you wana see the views!! If you get chance check it out before you head off somewhere else. We won't stay anywhere else in Hawes even tho we are members of that club site. Trust me wen u see it you will be like...this is beautiful! Xx
Haven't been to Hawes for years now. Had a fab chip butty from a cafe at the top of the main street. Mecca for bikers that cafe and can see why.. Love a chip buttie.
Just a quick one, the so called “slaughter house” isn’t,it’s just a local farmers livestock buildings.....pitch on the bottom row,if you can stand the country smells and early morning noises, the farmers are more than happy to talk, all the best.
