Madonna Sings This Used To Be My Playground LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!

During Madonna‘s second night in Chicago for the celebration tour at the United Center, she treated the audience to a little snippet of this used to be my playground which is from the film a league of their own. The song was featured on her compilation album Something To Remember.
This performance is significant because it is the first time she has ever sung the song live since its release 32 years ago!

One of my favorite songs, written for one of my favorite movies. I can't believe she has never sung this live, I would love to see a performance of the entire thing. But it's overall nice to see that she's reviving some songs that she hasn't played live for a long time, like Rain. I don't really get her newer stuff, but many of her older songs are timeless and magical to me.
