Do you prefer acrylic or watercolor paints more? Also do you use both?

I would like to use different colours like pinks, lilacs and purple, what colour would I use in the centre plz?

I would still just something light so the tree is spotlighted. I like to use off white or ivory as it's not as harsh as white.
