If I’m not using my nebulizer frequently, is it still necessary to sterilize once a week or just after use? Can I leave accessories in boiling water to clean?
Hi Jasmine, It is recommended to clean and dry the kit only before and after use. Frequent cleaning may reduce service life of the parts.
The mouthpiece, medication tank, vaporizer head, top cover are made of polypropylene (PP) and can left in boiling water for cleaning. NEVER clean mask in boiling water as it is made of polyethylene+Polyolefin elastomers and will deform (get spoiled).
Please note the PVC air tube and air filter are never washable.

Bought this yesterday ..: So I’m putting 1.25 mg levolin in the nebuliser but it only vaporises for 3 minutes … is that okay or there is some issue in the machine? The doctor mentioned it needs to be taken for atleast 10 minutes but the medicine doesn’t fume after 3 minutes and finishes like little bit remains at the end but does not vaporise
Hi, I would suggest to let doctor know about the type of device you are using and ask for recommendation on amount of medication to be used in the device. As I know each brand and type of device has it's own specification.

Juat bought it last night and had to use it eith the medication prescribed by the doctor, the INHALATION TOP as it has two outlets one which is either connected to the face mask or the mouthpiece....after i turn on the steam from the liquid half of it goes away from the top outlet and the other half of the steam comes through the mask or mouthpiece connected....is it normal for the steam to exit from the top open section of the inhalation top or should it just give steam in the mouthpiece or mask area outlet
Hi, The mist out of sideway holes is usual. These holes are to prevent rebreathing of exhaled gases.

Hi, The mist should only be out from mask and it should not appear from 'Inhalation Top' or 'Medication Tank'.
Hi. I was also facing the same problem then I checked the level of medication that I filled. I found out that I was filling it way above the prescribed level that was leading to vapours being coming out through the top portion. Check the medication level that you are filling in it. It has a mark of maximum level above which the vapour will come out through the top portion.
Too much medicine is going out through the top hole is it ok or mistake?
Hi, If you feel there is much medicine being coming out then the best way to check is to use device with new tank and mask kit. You should be able to get the kit separate as a spare item. Sometimes the fault happens either with medication tank or vaporizer head.

Did your issue get resolved with the steam leaving the top hole because I am facing the same and I started using it since yesterday first time and need to use it twice for more days so can you please guide your observations or any changes you did for the steam to just come from the mask or mouthpiece attached
Hi, I have purchased a nebuliser. I used put a 0.5 mg respule inside the container, which is extremely less quantity. But the mist is coming from the sideways (holes) of the facemask as if its leaking. Please guide.
Hi, The mist out of sideway holes is usual. These holes are to prevent rebreathing of exhaled gases.
Breath as usual but slightly deeper so that medicine reaches your lungs. Excess air goes out, it is normal
It takes only a minute to end the repsule. Is it normal?

Hi Pooja, The device will not dispense hot air. The device pulls in room air (at room temperature). If you are operating in an air conditioned room then that could be one reasons for cold air. Please check the tubing for moisture. This may also sometimes result cold air than generally expected.
My nebulizer is not vapourising and clear what is fault i purchased 2 days before i was making a trial . Can we replace or it can be solved
Hi Manzoor, I would recommend get the instrument replaced under warranty. It would be extra cost if you try to fix the device.

Hi Sonal, It's recommended to slowly breath in and out through nose. But if the nose is blocked then it will be difficult to breath. Please contact your physician who can evaluate your situation more closely and recommend most appropriate treatment.

Hi Snehal, Yes, this instrument can be used to produce 'MIST' but you may need to search something else if you are looking to generate 'VAPOUR'.
Hi Snehal, If you are looking for a device which can only generate vapour then Vaporizers could be a good choice.

Hi Aayushi, The aerosol should only come out of mouth piece or mask. Can you pls check if nothing is loosely connected? If all connections are good and still this problem exists then good to replace attachments.

Hi, The air filter should be always installed when using the device. Pls make sure the air filter is clean and not damp.

Steam comes from the top of the tank and not from the mask

Hi Looks like the baffle on vaporizer head is broken. The baffle is a small piece of plastic, like tongue. This cannot be fixed. Can you please try using device with new tank and mask kit.

Hi Zaira, Try connecting tube alone and check if device is blowing air. If this is working well then there is some fault with either medication tank or vaporizer head.
