This is one of my favorite cooking channel’s! I finally worked up the courage to start my channel and I just posted a shrimp fried rice video! This is def a sign from God that I’m on the right path. ❤️ thank you ladies 💌
If you haven't set your smoke alarm off a few times, you're doing it wrong by being too cautious! NOTE* If the stuff in the pan catches fire, shut the heat off and put a metal lid on it! You'll get better as time goes on. :) Had a few times when my spouse asked me what was for dinner. Takeout was my reply. :)
Simple dishes are the most delicious! Not too busy. I'd bet you could also make it with left over Mexican rice if you wanted to spice it up a tiny bit more!
@ 2:36, yes Cloud…I agree. It drives me nuts when I see chefs not cleaning out the blender, or jarred anything or I saw one lady throw the stems from the cilantro! Aye! Anyway, what a simple but nutritious and pretty dish! 💜💐💜
I will be trying this recipe soon, but with a little more Cilantro as it makes everything taste better in in my opinion.. You and Cloud ROCK IN THE KITCHEN.. BLESSINGS P.S. YOU WROTE 4 CUPS OF RICE INSTEAD OF WATER.
I have no problem eating Cilantro; Have been eating it since I was growing up back in P.R. but thanks for your comment as others might have a problem with it.
This looks so yummy Steph and cloud!! I’ve got all The ingredients to make this tomorrow!! ❤️💕🙏🏼 I made your oil day before last (again ❤️💕) we can’t stop seating it…. I’m gunna have to make a double batch next time! I was excited because I found the dried chipotle jalapeños!! (Hard to find in my area) so I bought 2 bags. My dried peppers box is getting huge ❤️💕😍 Sending Love from Oregon 🌲🌲❤️💕~Trina~
🌸🙋🏽🌸🌺Hi friend so happy I stumble on your channel the other day I watch all day I couldn’t walk away so many good recipes and thank you for the tortilla recipe I remember my mom making the fat ones and putting butter delish every Saturday we had a pot of bens going I would always tell my mom I could live on beans and rice my special dish is the red enchiladas with shredded meat in them I love cooking Mexican food it’s so easy and so so tasty God Bless you and your family again thank you so much for all the tasty food 🦋🙏🏽🦋💜✝️💜🐢🌸🌼🌸🌻 🎚🌺
No. I myself suggest chopping the thawed pre-cooked shrimp up reserving a few to know visually what you are eating. You NEVER want to find out during a dinner party somebody is allergic to shellfish.
Depending where in the US you are, they sell Fiesta shrimp powder in small packets. It's like 3 bucks for 1/4 ounce but it's super concentrated and 1/16 of a teaspoon ,you wouldn't need shrimp !
Conventional wisdom always shows cooking shrimp but for a short time. Yet you have it boiling for many minutes. How does the shrimp not become tough with that long a cooking time?
We turned down the heat as mentioned in the recipe. The remainder of the time the shrimp was steamed. Feel free to adjust to your likings! My rice came out fluffy and the shrimp texture was perfect 🤗
OMG I'm always looking for new ways to flavor my rice and this one hits the spot!! Mmmm 😋
Everything that you make looks deliciously yummy 💯 FedEx my plate to Jersey ASAP 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️
I'll second that !!! ❤️👍

How wonderful to be able to cook with your best friend 💕 ❤️ 💖 🥳✨️
Mmmmm shrimp and rice 🥰

I am thinking that Cloud's idea of the Cheddar Jalapeno sausage would be good to put in that rice. Shrimp and Sausage would be a tasty dinner too.
I started making this rice instead of my traditional rice and everybody loves it I've made it about five times already and will continue to make it👍
We went to Rudy's on Saturday, Took my BF & her family they've never been before... We had so much food... Much luv Mi Amiga's ❤️❤️
Thank you so much for helping me gain confidence in the kitchen. I'm excited ti try this recipe. I'm so happy to have found your channel ❤❤❤❤❤

I will be trying this recipe soon, but with a little more Cilantro as it makes everything taste better in in my opinion.. You and Cloud ROCK IN THE KITCHEN.. BLESSINGS
P.S. YOU WROTE 4 CUPS OF RICE INSTEAD OF WATER.
You must be careful about cilantro.
Most people love it but some people have a genetic thing that makes the taste like eating a bar of soap.
I have no problem eating Cilantro; Have been eating it since I was growing up back in P.R. but thanks for your comment as others might have a problem with it.
I’m making it now. My family loves anything with shrimp and rice. I let ya know how it goes.

Looks good 😊
Will frying it a little how you did in the beginning does that help not make it super mushy?
Hay cloud. That sounds good.
Mi panista está pidiendo BBQ jajajaja!

Burnt ends 🤤🤤🤤
*QUESTION*
What do you use to keep your glass top clean?
Looks so delicious. Have you done camarones a la diabla?
Yes! th-cam.com/video/LagNf4mjcZ8/w-d-xo.html hope you’re having a lovely day!
@@Viewsontheroad thank you!!
It's so pretty!
It’s what’s for dinner
I love y'all ❤️ 😍
I love what you 2 do. Do you use Jasmine rice?
Thank you! We used long grain, but Jasmin rice will work well 💕
Jasmine rice gives it the ideal mart taste! or am I the only one?
What brand is that pan? It looks so pretty
Would it change the flavor if fresh shrimp is being used??
No.
I myself suggest chopping the thawed pre-cooked shrimp up reserving a few to know visually what you are eating.
You NEVER want to find out during a dinner party somebody is allergic to shellfish.
Hey! No, it shouldn’t. As long as it’s rinsed and fresh.
thanks for vid pretty ladies . be safe
Ricoooo 💯🔥
Can you freeze in small batches? After it’s cooked??
Absolutely!
Okay great!! Thank you Bella’s
"How dare you "!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Do you roast or boil your tomatillos before you chop them?
I love your videos but they have been so short lately. Give us a little bit more video please!!!
We just posted a video of over 3 hours amiga. What key points do you need in the recipes? 💛 Steph
@@Viewsontheroad no
Special points. I just enjoy the chatter between you and Cloud and your stories of childhood. You do your thing it’s okay..
No 👎 need to comment lol 😆 😂 🤣 😅 u already know how to cook 🍳 😋 everything 😋 I love ❤ to cook too 😋
Rudy's in EP Texas?!!!
Ahhhhh 😋
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Can you cook it without adding tomatillos??
I don't see why you can't substitute it with chayote squash or zucchini.
♥️
Hello chicas xoxo

Hola chula 💕💐💕💕
@@Viewsontheroad saludos mis guapas..
💯🇦🇺🙏♥️
Doesn't your shrimp over cook?
Pre- cooked shrimp is impervious to over cooking.
You're just heating it to release flavor.

Am I the only one worried that she's going to run out of recipes and not be able to make anything for us anymore? :(
