I think mine is Xeno Trunks. Even though he isn't utilized as much as he could be in my opinion, I like the idea of a version of him essentially being a time cop. Also his costume is pretty cool.

Not exactly, the skill Data Input gives you auto dodge against basic strikes, which Android 13 has naturally. He won’t have auto dodge without the skill active
I’m not saying you shouldn’t, he is a solid character in general, but 13 does get a damage boost when using Data Input because of the super soul he has, I think that’s a good benefit, plus you don’t lose stamina when auto-dodging
