The year 2000 was an after kiss for house of the fervent 1990s. I've noticed that many tunes from the early 2000s have a balearic feel to them; a feeling of warmth; a feeling of pleasure; like the way the sun shines upon yourself as you gaze deep into a crystal blue ocean which reveals itself underneath a coral reef. It's entrancement has you locked in, and even with your eyes firmly shut you can feel the effervescent colors from the depths of the water bleed into every corner of your vision. Ah, there is something particularly special about deep house from the early 2000s. I'll take this tune down to the beaches of Barcelona if you don't mind, thank you very much.
@@shoticko Late reply but Siesta Records, Terry Francis' Fabric,, Jay Tripwire, Robsoul records, Mark Farina, Miguel Migs, H/Foundation, Lande de Sardi, Inland Knights... there were just too many awesome producers doing awesome house back in the day (many of them, already using electro, acid, progressive, minimal elements, as the turn of the millenium demanded)
