I am feeling the same way. There is a lot to be positive about, especially this week. Let's enjoy and celebrate. This 30th special could have easily not been made, they are addressing the QC issues, the announcements looks great yesterday. Fandom is taking a lot for granted while waiting for perfection.
People have no idea what Hasbro is capable of. I laugh when they say they can't do Wild Force Red or Ninja Storm Red. They do not need the actor's permission/sign off to make those Rangers. Like you said they can do those two without a civilian head. But the bigger picture here is that they made a civilian head of Trini without her say or permission. So it goes without saying They can do Shane and Cole. Furthermore they signed off on those "permissions" to Bandai, which Hasbro bought all rights to the shows from including likeness.
Fox might have the distribution rights to those films like they did with the original cuts of Star Wars but that wouldn't prevent Hasbro from using the characters like how Lucas didn't just not make Luke figures before the special edition dropped.
Love seeing Lightspeed. One step closer to Titanium. I'm almost ashamed that I had to look up Might Minotaur. Cool design, 0 memory of it lol. It's great that we keep getting bad guys. Hopefully Zenaku one day.

Thank you Bruno for re-iterating the point about the movie figures - it baffles me that this untrue rumor keeps being believed by Ranger fans…Just to add to your points, the movies were only DISTRIBUTED by Fox - if anything, Fox (now Disney) only owns the right to put the movies on streaming services, or sell digital copies or physical media. They DO NOT own the designs or character names, nor would they prevent Hasbro from producing toys based on the movies. Saban Entertainment PRODUCED the movies and owned all aspects of the property EXCEPT for distribution - therefore this ownership transferred to Hasbro when they were purchased. When you look up previous trademarks to things such as “Ivan Ooze”, the copyright was NOT Fox, it was Saban. I wish people would stop spreading the FALSE information that Hasbro is unable to make toys based on the movies. Common sense says if BanDai was able to produce the Legacy Collection Zords with movie logos on the boxes, the same would be true with Hasbro - they just haven’t gone down that road yet.
Rescue blaster front is like that to fit an blast accessory into like the part from the phantom ranger or in space pinks effect. There’s a peg hole, and the cone shape would mean they’d have to change the shape of the peg hole and it wouldn’t fit existing blast parts, they’ve been changing blasters recently like the Color swap two pack, the remaster blade blasters look different because of the peg hole, blue centurions blaster, phantoms, ect. All been give the same peg holes for blast accessories so that’s why the rescue blaster looks like that
@@MMPRtoys the new remastered blade blasters and the color swap blade blasters have the holes but no blast effects for them, probably just Hasbro planing ahead for people into action figure photography
I’m predicting a two pack set for whenever they get to Turbo Blue… WITH the yellow triangles! And once they’ve gotten all the 2nd Turbo rangers they can re-release the molds with head sculpts for Tommy, Tanya, Kat, and Adam, maybe in two packs? I would propose VS two packs with Divatox, Elgar, Porto and Rygog. 😁
So do you think the dragon shield comes with the Red or Green figure? I was under the impression that it comes with Red and Green comes with the candle. What do you think?
The paint inconsistency seems to be a thing with some post MMPR teams. Dino Thunder Red's Tyranno Staff didn't any of the black paint, the batons for the SPD Rangers had colors they originally didn't have. Might just be Hasbro not paying attention the details again. That said, this is probably the first wave where i'm actually inclined to get all of. Since they're all from teams I plan on having in my collection. And the remasters look better than I thought. Initially i wasn't tempted to get blue or yellow since I already had them. But the more accurate red ranger and just green ranger in general plus the effects they all come with now makes me want to get the mmpr team all over again but in remastered form. Now I just need to find space on my shelves on where to even put all these guys, lol.
Hey man, I bought Ivan back in the day, I'm looking at the 2015 legacy version right now. I say I want Ivan because I'm gonna buy Ivan damn it! ...That said, nobody is gonna buy Ivand... except for me. Side note, I've watched the Turbo movie quite a lot. Not nearly as much as the first movie, but still a good amount. I have never once noticed the missing yellow triangles, that is wild to me. I love still learning weird facts like that, even after all these years.
i want them to bring back the actual wearable morphers and megazords u can take apart and put together like the original dino megazord where u can put it into tank mode
The ZAP Megazord is five individual Zords that form the tank, then the Megazord, and then combine it with the Dragonzord. ZAP Astro Megazord has also been released. So far Hasbro's done Power Weapons and MMPR morphers. Bandai had just gotten into ZEO before the license changed. I'm sure Hasbro will eventually get to more vintage morphers. Their current Dino Fury and previous Beast Morphers morpher both go on your wrist.
I think a good example of acknowledging the good as well as the bad. There's a lot of great stuff coming out, but why in the change to the new body moulds did they change the neck articulation
For Justin, I would love if they included both a young head and a today Blake Foster head. I know it’s unlikely, but it would be so cool and make reasoning for the adult body but idk.
They've gotta get Blake back either on the show or put him in the comics (if he hasn't appeared already as an adult?) and then they could do an adult head. Otherwise I don't think it makes sense to age an actor in real life for a show release, since we never saw adult Justin in the PR universe. But, Blake could do his own Selfie figure!
They need to drop that garbage and focus on actual season long villains. 7 monsters so far, just for mmpr season 1, where the eff am I meant to fit them in a display? Especially when they don't even have squatt, baboo or Rito. Replace the useless and meaningless monsters for actual villains people care about.

Two anniversaries, 30th of Power Rangers, 100th of Hasbro. This will be fun. If anyone wants to set up the Turbo figures as the ones from the old guard, use the Zeo heads. This could be a problem for Pink. And because it's the 30th anniversary of Power Rangers, they should give us the Power Axe, Power Bow, and Master Morpher in relatively short order, cause it's the big year for Power Rangers. Now next year is the 40th anniversary of Transformers, please make a God Ginrai for Generations Selects...
Now look at yellow's blaster. If Lightspeed looked like that, it'd be great, the shape is just wrong. I can think of a few different ways to make it right and accommodate a blast effect which doesn't seem to be included.

Bruno, I've been hearing a rumor or so that you snuck a proxy power coin from the rangers for your own personal use. And before you ask...... the Mia-Putties ratted you out.
I will say this, Lighting Collection has a lot more to offer than the Legacy figure line. I never thought Hasbro couldn't do Turbo, but I did assume they were avoiding the Turbo branding when they made Phantom Ranger an In Space figure. As for Justin, I would bet they toss his civilian head onto a kid figure body, possibly from another line to save money, and do the full adult blue ranger. I would bet the light speed rescue gun was done that way so it can use the gun blast effects from previous figures. Maybe they were going to include it here and they omitted it.
i have that Justin figure...it really is weird to have his tiny head on that bulky body. Maybe they could make him in civilian clothing, fold him up inside the chest of the figure (like Power Master Optimus Prime) and put a helmet on his head poking out of the chest.

I'm really more of a "wait and see" kinda guy. I believe they'll keep going with the weapons, but that's not even 100%, so, it could be nothing, black, or pink. Or black and pink could even be sold together, though probably not as likely. Black hasn't gotten a weapon, helmet, or morpher, I think he's feeling left out. Trini just got her daggers (and a morpher), Kimberly got a morpher and a helmet. Billy got his lance and a helmet, Jason got his sword and helmet. (Technically they all have a morpher, but yellow/pink got "movie inspired" morphers with their colors). I would say Zack is due for something... but, I really have no idea what's next.
I really want a Lightning Collection set of the Battle Borgs from MMPR Season 3, I didn't bother with those in the 90s & I regret it! Also, a Power Rangers 90s movie Megazord that transforms would B cool.
To this day I am very curious of why they don't go ahead and do a re-release line of all the megazords with more updated articulation. Like it's Hasbro the same company that makes Transformers, the amount of ingenuity that goes into designing those is pretty much no different from making megazords. Let alone the ingenuity behind it would actually be more simple since all they have to do instead of having to create a robot that turns into an entire vehicle, they're taking a simple machine or beast and converting it into a single limb that basically just connects to form one Bot, no different from transformer combiners. I don't know it just seems weird that they only want to make the figures but no Zords to go with them. 🤔
So you're talking about the ZAP line. We got Megazord, Dragonzord, Astro Megazord, and we know more things are coming. Their Beast Morphers and Dino Fury line have also had updated articulation. We can't have everything all at once, but new things are constantly announced. The link to the black and gold Megazord is in the description for anyone interested, those are limited.
I agree that the Rescue Blaster is weird. If I had to guess, they probably put a whole in the end for an effect piece like they did for the most recent Blade Blaster mold. But why is it so weird looking? They could have at least put some gold paint on it! But I am excited to add TJ to my collection as well as a new MMPR Red and Green. I wish they had showed off MMPR Green's helmet more in the live stream. I hope they painted the teeth around the visor this time. They did it for the Fighting Spirit figure but no the regular one.
I don’t plan to buy those specific Rangers but dayuuum do they look good! Monsters, yes. Rita, yes. Faces have been hit or miss for me, especially Rita and Astronema. But this Rita looks near perfect.

I’m probably going to pass on this upcoming lighting collection wave ( I already have the in space version of tj and a marvel legends figure I can use for minotaur plus I have mmpr green arriving next month and I’m not the biggest fan of lightspeed rescue ) I agree with you on the licensing thing with the figures Bruno ( we just have to be patient and report the quality issues) although I am a little curious about how they’ll do Justin too ( I vote for kid body) plus if people have zeo red Tommy they can use that head sculpt on turbo red. I’m very excited for the special tomorrow too Bruno and whatever video you guys are working on ( they’re going to be great)
I'm working towards a Forever Red display (I have all the existing Red Rangers I need that they've done) and my favourite season is In Space so I have all 6 of them so Turbo coming as TJ is cool with me 'cos I don't have to take my other TJ's head away from him 😅 For Chad's blaster I can only guess that they were gonna do the accurate end but then decided to let it accept a blast effect instead (the end looks wide enough to accept one). Hopefully it won't be very noticeable in the holster and with some extra paint.

The people complaining about Tommy head was the most ridiculous complaint I heard in a while. There's so many Tommy heads and people are whining for turbo Tommy. I'm not sure what hair style Tommy we didn't get? It's getting pretty toxic in these angel Grove streets lol
I haven't seen people complaining, more so surprised since Turbo wasn't all that popular and it was assumed they would capitalize on Tommy one more time. I thought they would just do both heads for each ranger.
Think the blaster mode for lightspeed rescue blue is because there's a hole for a blast effect. See the new blade blasters for the remaster figs of MMPR with the original release
It feels like no matter how much good stuff comes out, there are fans who just want to complain. Can't please everyone. I think that the "mafia muzzle" on the rescue blaster is to accommodate blast effects like Phantom Ranger's. Those are more stable and hold to the weapon better than the original than the blast effect they did for SPD Red's. It makes the weapons look weird but I think that this is an answer to a problem; maybe not the best but it is what it is.
That's not something they can win. Everyone wants the figures they want, and they want full teams (well, some do, some just want specific figures)... and it varies by people. Every figure they make is going to make one person's day and anger another. Some will get what they want right away while others have to keep waiting. That was the idea behind jumping around to different seasons vs going in order, but then you get the "where are the rest of this team?" fans. They can only do so many figures at a time. More keep coming, and they've already gotten through (or to) more seasons than not, with more on the way.
Hasbro loves to do anthology lines. Marvel Legends, Black Series, etc. When they did the Plasma Series for Ghostbusters, they basically did the entire first movie in Wave 1 and it pretty much killed the line. That being said, I think LC has a decent balance, and they understand the need to complete core teams while also starting new ones. Regardless of the things Hasbro misses on, the main thing they do right us add variety. Yes, we have a lot of MMPR, but we also have a lot if other stuff I never expected to see.
The people complaining about TJ, don't they realise they can buy the Turbo figure and do a head swap? Buy TJ's Turbo figure for the suit and put one of the previous released Tommy heads on the Turbo suit, problem solved. There are long haired Tommy heads out there.

The best thing about Super7 is it pushed Hasbro to do better figures so they could sell more.

Light speed blaster tip makes perfect sense, it’s a port for a blast effect.
Now look at yellow's blaster. If Lightspeed looked like that, it'd be great, the shape is just wrong. I can think of a few different ways to make it right and accommodate a blast effect which doesn't seem to be included.

I will say this, Lighting Collection has a lot more to offer than the Legacy figure line.
I never thought Hasbro couldn't do Turbo, but I did assume they were avoiding the Turbo branding when they made Phantom Ranger an In Space figure. As for Justin, I would bet they toss his civilian head onto a kid figure body, possibly from another line to save money, and do the full adult blue ranger.
I would bet the light speed rescue gun was done that way so it can use the gun blast effects from previous figures. Maybe they were going to include it here and they omitted it.
I hope they continue the megazord line. The dino megazord was a cheap but great megazord figure
A 2-pack of Justin would allow display of both sets of turbo teams at the same time.
i have that Justin figure...it really is weird to have his tiny head on that bulky body. Maybe they could make him in civilian clothing, fold him up inside the chest of the figure (like Power Master Optimus Prime) and put a helmet on his head poking out of the chest.

I'm really more of a "wait and see" kinda guy. I believe they'll keep going with the weapons, but that's not even 100%, so, it could be nothing, black, or pink. Or black and pink could even be sold together, though probably not as likely. Black hasn't gotten a weapon, helmet, or morpher, I think he's feeling left out. Trini just got her daggers (and a morpher), Kimberly got a morpher and a helmet. Billy got his lance and a helmet, Jason got his sword and helmet. (Technically they all have a morpher, but yellow/pink got "movie inspired" morphers with their colors). I would say Zack is due for something... but, I really have no idea what's next.
I really want a Lightning Collection set of the Battle Borgs from MMPR Season 3, I didn't bother with those in the 90s & I regret it! Also, a Power Rangers 90s movie Megazord that transforms would B cool.

To this day I am very curious of why they don't go ahead and do a re-release line of all the megazords with more updated articulation. Like it's Hasbro the same company that makes Transformers, the amount of ingenuity that goes into designing those is pretty much no different from making megazords. Let alone the ingenuity behind it would actually be more simple since all they have to do instead of having to create a robot that turns into an entire vehicle, they're taking a simple machine or beast and converting it into a single limb that basically just connects to form one Bot, no different from transformer combiners. I don't know it just seems weird that they only want to make the figures but no Zords to go with them. 🤔
So you're talking about the ZAP line. We got Megazord, Dragonzord, Astro Megazord, and we know more things are coming. Their Beast Morphers and Dino Fury line have also had updated articulation. We can't have everything all at once, but new things are constantly announced. The link to the black and gold Megazord is in the description for anyone interested, those are limited.
I agree that the Rescue Blaster is weird. If I had to guess, they probably put a whole in the end for an effect piece like they did for the most recent Blade Blaster mold. But why is it so weird looking? They could have at least put some gold paint on it! But I am excited to add TJ to my collection as well as a new MMPR Red and Green. I wish they had showed off MMPR Green's helmet more in the live stream. I hope they painted the teeth around the visor this time. They did it for the Fighting Spirit figure but no the regular one.
I don’t plan to buy those specific Rangers but dayuuum do they look good! Monsters, yes. Rita, yes. Faces have been hit or miss for me, especially Rita and Astronema. But this Rita looks near perfect.

I’m probably going to pass on this upcoming lighting collection wave ( I already have the in space version of tj and a marvel legends figure I can use for minotaur plus I have mmpr green arriving next month and I’m not the biggest fan of lightspeed rescue ) I agree with you on the licensing thing with the figures Bruno ( we just have to be patient and report the quality issues) although I am a little curious about how they’ll do Justin too ( I vote for kid body) plus if people have zeo red Tommy they can use that head sculpt on turbo red. I’m very excited for the special tomorrow too Bruno and whatever video you guys are working on ( they’re going to be great)

I'm working towards a Forever Red display (I have all the existing Red Rangers I need that they've done) and my favourite season is In Space so I have all 6 of them so Turbo coming as TJ is cool with me 'cos I don't have to take my other TJ's head away from him 😅
For Chad's blaster I can only guess that they were gonna do the accurate end but then decided to let it accept a blast effect instead (the end looks wide enough to accept one). Hopefully it won't be very noticeable in the holster and with some extra paint.

The people complaining about Tommy head was the most ridiculous complaint I heard in a while. There's so many Tommy heads and people are whining for turbo Tommy. I'm not sure what hair style Tommy we didn't get? It's getting pretty toxic in these angel Grove streets lol
I haven't seen people complaining, more so surprised since Turbo wasn't all that popular and it was assumed they would capitalize on Tommy one more time. I thought they would just do both heads for each ranger.

Think the blaster mode for lightspeed rescue blue is because there's a hole for a blast effect. See the new blade blasters for the remaster figs of MMPR with the original release
It feels like no matter how much good stuff comes out, there are fans who just want to complain. Can't please everyone.
I think that the "mafia muzzle" on the rescue blaster is to accommodate blast effects like Phantom Ranger's. Those are more stable and hold to the weapon better than the original than the blast effect they did for SPD Red's. It makes the weapons look weird but I think that this is an answer to a problem; maybe not the best but it is what it is.

That's not something they can win. Everyone wants the figures they want, and they want full teams (well, some do, some just want specific figures)... and it varies by people. Every figure they make is going to make one person's day and anger another. Some will get what they want right away while others have to keep waiting. That was the idea behind jumping around to different seasons vs going in order, but then you get the "where are the rest of this team?" fans. They can only do so many figures at a time. More keep coming, and they've already gotten through (or to) more seasons than not, with more on the way.
Hasbro loves to do anthology lines. Marvel Legends, Black Series, etc. When they did the Plasma Series for Ghostbusters, they basically did the entire first movie in Wave 1 and it pretty much killed the line.
That being said, I think LC has a decent balance, and they understand the need to complete core teams while also starting new ones. Regardless of the things Hasbro misses on, the main thing they do right us add variety. Yes, we have a lot of MMPR, but we also have a lot if other stuff I never expected to see.

The people complaining about TJ, don't they realise they can buy the Turbo figure and do a head swap? Buy TJ's Turbo figure for the suit and put one of the previous released Tommy heads on the Turbo suit, problem solved. There are long haired Tommy heads out there.
