Jaggery might change the taste of Barfi..if possible try using sugar only..Sugar gives a mild taste of sweetness to the Barfi but Jaggery might be a bit too strong.

Rajesh..Ghee use karne se barfi me bhot achi khusbu aati hai aur uska taste bhi badh jata hai...islie humne ghee use kia hai..magar agar aap refined oil use karna chahte hai to aap kar skte hai..barfi ka swaad usse thoda sa alag ho skta hai. 🙂
