hey chicas!! well this was a crazy stressful vlog. i show you guys what being a college student can really be like (behind the glamorized videos we see on youtube these days) and how i deal with the stress that tends to come along with being a student. leave me a comment letting me know your best ways of dealing with stressful weeks like the one i had!

Ugh this is my week currently! Im so mentally drained so I'm rewarding myself with watching some videos and came across you! I changed up my studying since my undergrad, I now record every lecture on my cellphone and about a week before my exams I go through the lectures I recorded and take notes at a much slower pace and way more organized and colorful! Its helped DRASTICALLY, I went from getting B's to almost 100%s! Keep it up girl

thank you for posting this video it honestly helped me see what other students in college go through, I personally get stressed really easily and having 3 classes and homework due in different times is a hassle lol but what you describe as having a study time is so true I recently started my first few months in college and it's been a blessing and learning each class at my pace I love you're video and thank you for being so real with us
Loved this!! I as well had a stressful week at college this past week and I don't think it will end for the up coming week either. I had tons of homework plus studying this past week. Also, I had an Exam for my speech class on Monday and I have another Exam this coming Wednesday in the same class, so that has been kind of stressing me out especially since I'm a terrible test taker.. :/
Back to back exams can be so stressful. I've always struggled with time management and making sure I'm balancing my studies for every class, but at the end of the day I think it comes down to staying positive and just pushing through with a good mindset. There's only a couple months left of the semester, we can do it!!!

Ug! I wish I watched this last week! I had such a stressful week, with a big test, an essay and multiple small assignments I was at wits end! I parked myself at a coffee shop and worked for 3 hours straight on Monday then came home and worked another 4.
I somewhat like lemon water but try cutting up oranges and putting it in the water instead. It’s so good! Lemon water can be a little sour but orange water is very refreshing and kind of sweet. Thanks for the great video and it really helps show a “normal” side of you that is relatable! I like to journal to decompress and reflect over the week. I also like to go for a drive when super stressed it helps so much especially when you can just jam to music and look at pretty houses! I hope you did great on your exams!

I used to care about my grades as well, but then i startedb adopting the idea that knowledge shoukd be gained for itself and not for grades, and i feel that school is so toxic for some reason so it really drains my energy level, so i end up coming home, eating and sleeping right away...but part of me wants to care again

Well the first motivator for me is the fact that college costs A LOT of money! So if I'm paying all of this money to go to school, I might as well try and make the best of it, right? I also HATE the feeling of being unprepared for exams, quizzes, projects, etc. My freshman/sophomore year I had that guilty feeling a lot, so nowadays I try to avoid it at all costs by getting prepared ahead of time and saving myself the stress. And if you are in high school... be appreciative of how easy/laidback the material is while you can! I'd give anything to go back to those days lol. I hope this helps some!
