To everyone in here i recommend solfeggio tones to listen to if this isnt doing it. I have amazing experiences that dont happen if not listening to solfeggio tones

@kraware3345 440hz seems to be extremely positive evoking. There is a company that makes sound machines that play in different solfeggio tones, and that's what I use, so I don't just use one. Its called wholetones.
Edit: I now realize that 440hz isn't a solfegio tone but for me it works better. Also the sound of honey bees buzzing in suround sound headphones makes me tingle. It's the most powerful sound I've found yet, for me.
