Gloria Gaynor was in a Spanish TV Channel yesterday, and she talked in Spanish, tough her Spanish were not quite correct. There was an interpreter to translate her words, but she did all the interview in Spanish. She didn't care her mistakes. That reminded me of you, when you say that mistakes should nor prevent us from speaking in English. Well, a lot of things remind me of you. Congrats for this lesson. It were amazing.

Rest is a noun too and we can use it as in get some rest or have some rest whereas take a break is to be considered as a short interval of rest. Take a rest could be used to stop doing something that makes you sweat or wear you down for some time.
In England we would not use the Americanism…we have “gotten” a chance to etc. We would say…we have had the chance to. Gotten is considered incorrect English.
