lmao i'll admit. I bought into the posts about the team getting shuttered and lost hope. But this update does give me hope again. Insurgency: Sandstorm is an amazing game, and I don't want it to get abandoned just because of money issues. It deserves love.
1.17 update will have the all green map ! Confirmed on their stream ! They said it will be a reimagined REDWOOD which is from the Ismc mod on pc !! IS lives forever
Updates looking alright so far, was getting used to this map last night too. Very bright map, and I may have found some decent chokeholds or angles in this map. Amazing update and top tier gameplay as always Gibs
Oh wow I almost completely stop playing this game after the last update, didnt even pay attention to the new update, I love that we finally got the AWP (Yea I know it's a L96A1/AWM)
They haven’t patched the god spot yet. It’s bugged and you can see through the map n get kills but no one can kill you unless they get an ied just right in the correct spot
This spot legit makes you almost unkillable as I was playing in a game of frontlines when it happened and I couldn’t move n i tried to prone, lean, jump, nothing but I could look n shoot still, I held that spot for 60% of the game before a ied killed me from a magical jehad toss
@@keatonwastaken Well yeah, the mechanism is the same, but a little uniqueness added to the animation adds a nice touch imo, adds more naturality to the character. On a different note, the AWM is kind of an odd choice for the insurgent team, no?

So I think your problem is your aim placement, positioning and reaction time bud. All kills in the video were taken from good positions that caught the enemy off guard and with quick reaction time he took out enemies that were close and even in windows.
Shoulder swapping is proven to be too slow irl and doesn’t keep you anymore behind cover than just maintaining your strong shoulder. Plus you have to switch eyes to aim. Adding it in the game would not make sense imo.
The sniping in this game is to OP! It could use a nerf, or they can buff up the damage range on the other classes and increase the load out points by one or two. It might encourage players to use longer range scopes to counter snipers.
