      Hi!
This helped a lot! Munich keeps getting better and better the more I learn about it.
I’d love to see a video on how to craft that “really refined application letter” according to what germans in munich expect or are looking for.
Also, if you could talk to us about everyday details like - for example - the best app to pay taxes / utilities, a supermarket you recommend, what insurance to get based on your experience, how is the healthcare system like over there, etc that would be AWESOME.

I was just looking for different videos about Munich and Germany in general, and I’m so happy I found yours! It’s the best one I’ve seen. Also you come across as a very friendly, nice and positive person, as some of the other commentators have already mentioned! Speaking of which, I’m surprised you don’t have more comments, honestly. Extremely relatable story too, I’m 20 right now and I want to move asap because my country isn’t safe (due to corruption as well). I hope I’ll be able to find a job in Germany, ideally (in IT). Got some savings, my German is B1 atm, and I’m currently working hard towards building a strong resume (and mastering my German, of course) =)

I know how you feel, man. I to left my country (2020 belarusian protestor right here) and the tear gas is something you will never forget, IMO. Had that experience myself. Tho i haven't managed to escape the cops, but escaped from the hospital afterwards.
Actually got to your vid because considered Munich as potentially place to go. Currently I'm in Tbilisi, GE. So you got my sub. I'm looking for a place to study, and the LMU got my attention because of strong phylosophy school ( got interested in phylosophy after all that protest bs, maybe you can relate IDK. Like so many thing you can't possibly control and predict. And also there is there is people dying around you, geting injured. So there was strong existential questions in my head ).
Anyway, thanks for the vid. Would be great if you would make a video on LMU -- you experience, how you got there and all the relevant stuff (or you did'nt studied there, I got confused a bit).
Stay safe, and keep hope that one day our homes will be a better place to return to.

Uhh great idea for a vidoe! I didn't know any German before and had to learn it here. So for the first 2 years everything was very slow 🐌 But ones you know the basics, you start to understand a bit more the culture and after that everything just gets easier.
People that move here and just speak English are just never going to get the full experience.

@@jalilhaissam8878 also, look first for places outside from the city center and then ones you are in MUC for some time you can fine something better. But at the end man, it's all numbers game. Just be careful to never sign a contract with someone that has a "under-contract" meaning you pay the guy who is renting the apartment but is not the owner
