Ingredients:
Potatoes: 4 (1 large bowl diced)
Onions: 2 medium-sized white onions (chopped)
Ginger: 1 thumb-sized piece (finely chopped)
Garlic: 2-3 cloves (finely chopped)
Tomatoes: 2 (chopped)
Green Chilli: 1 (adjust to taste)
Fresh Coriander: A handful (chopped, plus extra for garnish)
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 2 tsp
Coriander Powder: 2 and a half tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Salt: to taste
Cooking Oil: 2-3 tbsp
Peas: 1 large bowl (same size as the potatoes)
Chickpeas: 400 g (1 can, or same size bowl)
Double Cream or Coconut Milk/Cream: 2-3 tbsp

Hi, I have used canned Chickpeas but soaked and boiled chickpeas will be even better. And also used Frozen peas, if you can get fresh peas, get someone to work! My brother and I were made to volunteer to get the peas out the pod😂

Suru chickpeas are just soaked overnight or they are boiled too.
I have used canned chickpeas. Soaked and boiled would be even better. I have written it in the description but I will write it as a comment. Thank you for asking, it helps😊
