It was a nice video thank you. Read a of negative comments and I’m a bit scared if my flight. London Heathrow to Miami. Change at Lisbon. Can I ask you a about your hand luggage allowance please, are you allowed one personal item only or like at Delta airline one luggage and one personal item? Tried to search it but found two different information and I’m a bit confused. Online says 2 on my ticket says only one personal item. Thank you
