Hey! I'm a new viewer. Ive been binge watching all your old videos over the past few days and enjoying them so much! Going through some rough times at the moment and your videos have been a god send to help bring my mood back up! Cant wait to see what you guys get up to in the future!
We just left there a couple weeks ago. Hope you enjoyed it! Also we love Ouray. I think it is one of the prettiest places in Colorado. Did you hike the Rim Trail?
Standard numbers for temperature is 3 degrees F change per thousand feet elevation change. There are of course many reasons for it to vary from standard, but it’s an easy number that will give you a good idea what you will be seeing!
Another great episode enjoyed it! Bus question, is that a small fridge unit right behind the drivers seat? It looks like a much more unique space than what other converted H3's appear to have there. Look forward to the next.
Great video. So what is your height? We have a Monaco Dynasty Class A diesel pusher. With my wife having cancer surgery and getting set for radiation treatments we hadn't expected to travel this fall at all, but we live in Sarasota Florida. Hurricane Morton just paid us a visit. Four days earlier the County ordered us to evacuate so we loaded the motorhome and we went to Ashford Alabama. We didn't even get a drop of rain here. Our house is fine, but two of our rental properties flooded. ☹️ Please keep us in your prayers.
So sorry to hear that. Hope you all are on the road to recovery with your homes and your wife makes a full recovery. Monaco’s are such well built coaches.
It's called real life. Also be prepared to wait 9hrs for a tow as we did. They had to find something large enough to tow us. There's a blessing on the other side of it. Be safe.
@TheShinpaughs WE were not on I70 we were coming out of Indiana. We had a 32 ft RV. By the time darkness came around I was nervous. About 9pm a tow truck came big enough to tow us.
Hi, so glad I found you!! We just picked up our 39-foot super C freightliner and will be transitioning to full-time rving, and your videos are amazing! Two questions. When traveling in winter months up to Colorado, do you have chains? And, what is your recipe for keeping the black tanks clear and clean? I can't find the video where you talked about it?
We do our best to be stationary in Tiger Run before the weather comes. That did not work out for us in the 22-23 season. So I watched the weather closely. There is no way I would personally drive if I had to have chains. You know how the weather can be up there. I follow Cdot app like a hawk. Several days with zero snow and leave Denver to make sure we are traveling in the hottest part of the day. You also need to make sure your wet bay is heated. Your pipes can freeze on the way up. We did a short on tank cleaning. Hope you continue to watch our channel.
I just watched and your editing is awesome. The audio and visual coming out of the tunnel gave me goose bumps. Safe travels and God Bless.
Awesome! Thank you! Our son does all our long form editing. I will pass your compliment along. He will appreciate the kind words!

@@TheShinpaughs I agree...Ouray is great!!
We did not hike while there.
Take care! We will follow you on YT 😊

Thanks for the information!
wow..love the place☺️
Thank you!
Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching!
So nice!
Thank you! 😊
Is the driver side window large enough for you? I think I’d like to be able to have more glass for safety and visibility. Safe travels.
It is. It takes a minute to get used to. The mirros work amazing!

Thank you! That is an electronic cabinet. It has the receivers for the TV, surround sound and audio for the coach.
Thanks!!❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
When you tow your truck, does the transmission spin as well as adding miles to the odometer? Thank you. Safe travels.
It is free spinning, but it does not accumulate miles.

I don’t know where you are in your travels but if you find yourselves in Salt Lake City you should grab a bite at the green chili house
We will check it out next time we are in the neighborhood!

Sorry you had to be towed. Were you on. I70? What kind of coach do you have?

Sorry you had to go through that. I know how stressful that could be.
As you go up the elevation, do you experience breathing challenges with the thinner air?
We sure do. Especially in Summit County. Its well over 9000 feet for the most part. We do our best to acclimate before going up to that altitude.
Just curious as you going down the mountains do you use a lower gear to avoid over-heating the brakes from pressing on it all the time!
These busses have something called a Jake brake.
Yes we use the Jake brake and also use the gears when necessary. We make the whole 44 mile descent into Denver with very little brake usage!
@@TheShinpaughs In a future video as you going down a mountain maybe a little demo on jake break be nicel
Judging by the traffic heading East, I'd say it's Sunday.
Good judgment! It sure was:)

Thank you!
How it’s cost you to stay there j
Tiger Run is great. They have all sorts of different rates depending on the season. Check out their website for more details.
