hello, what a beautiful adventure. I would like that too. Did you buy the canoe in Finland? Why did you choose exactly Hossa? Have you consulted any books or maps?
Hi, glad you like the film. I travelled to Hossa after reading a newspaper article about the area. I rented the canoe @ info@hossanlumo.fl and I didn't really plan it, if I'm honest. I tend to not plan more than I have to. When I'm leading a group, everything is planned. When I'm alone, I just follow my nose. 👍
Agreed. Finland's increasing hawkish foreign policy is a concern. Their latest territorial claim for Liechtenstein must be resisted. I suspect Biden will see it for the sabre-rattling it is, but Trump has been strangely silent on the matter. Vaduz is a powder keg at the moment and it will take cool heads and steady hands to navigate these treacherous diplomatic waters. Worrying times, for sure.
Great video again (including "outtakes"!).
One question: Where are you sitting in the canoe at 2:35 ?
Greetings Tino
On the deck/handle. You need to be confident to do this and the weather needs to be calm, but that position is very comfortable.
@@thereluctantfanatic I 'll never try it! (May be at a very hot summer day - to fall into the water.)
Greetings Tino

@@thereluctantfanatic Ok thank you!
Maybe not the best time to go there right now due to the geopolitical situation
