My RSI was in early stages but it was getting worse until I started doing this 3 times a day for 2 weeks and my hands are back to normal! Highly recommend :)
I dont have RSI but i've been overusing my hands recently and feeling a little bit of pain sometimes so im going to start doing this to prevent something more serious from happening in the future, thanks for the video
Even though my fingers are giving me some trouble (playing with the Xbox controller way too long. Stopped a few days after I really should've put it down) I was smiling throughout the vid. Great teacher, seriously great exercises better than anything else I found searching the web.
Thank you for your comment! We're thrilled to hear that this video and using a vertical mouse have been helpful for your RSI. We understand the challenges of working long hours on a computer and the strain it can put on your hands and wrists. We're glad that our video and the vertical mouse have made a positive difference for you. We appreciate your support and wish you continued relief and success in managing your RSI. Thank you again, and take care!
I can't thank you enough for these exercises. For the longest time I've had terrible pain in my left wrist, to the point where slightly catching it on something and bending it back was excruciating. I couldn't even flex my wrist back beyond 20 degrees. Doing just these exercises has improved it dramatically to no end, not only has it completely restored the flexibility I can now do pushups which I never thought possible! All this in a matter of just a couple of weeks by following this vid once a day, I really can't believe how amazing it works I'm so grateful, thank you! ❤
@@aliasor835 Hi, I still get pain and lack of mobility if I neglect these exercises so it's required daily of me to keep the pain to a minimum so I'd still definitely recommend doing it. I'm also now looking into doing hand and wrist strengthening exercises that will reduce rsi, there's a fairly cheap but effective way to work your hand using a bucket filled with rice. Search youtube for "rice bucket rsi" and you'll get some good info. Best of luck!
Thank you so much. Quick, easy & effective exercises. I've been doing these exercise for a week now and it's really helped with my recent badminton tennis elow & desk elbow issues.
Thank you for this video. When I spread my fingers apart on the one exercise you show, I feel like the top of my wrists lacks endurance. I think that is the word I am looking for. How can I get stronger in that hand position? Hold it longer?
RSI of hands and upper arms can also be a pinched nerve in the back. Try forcefully lowering your shoulders and also stretching your elbows back behind as when waking up. This may clear the RSI of hands instantly, with the nerve signal unblocked in this way.
i noticed recently while typing (something i haven't done at length in a while) that my left hand (non-dominant) was feeling really tense and achey after a short time and it caught me off guard. hopefully there's no lasting damage yet, and i will be using some of the less intense exercises from this video to warm up before doing any fine motor skill related tasks to try and prevent/reduce this. thank you for sharing!
I just found out this thing called RSI 😅... Before I thought I was having pre-stroke symptoms... My right fingers turned blue if I do repetitive task for period of time. Glad to find there is exercise to help with this condition... thank you a lot for this tutorial... 💗💗
We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we're glad you found our tutorial helpful! It's important to address concerns like RSI, and incorporating exercises can make a significant difference. Take care 💗💪

I am downloading this to kp offlin ! Thank you so much i have a job and a part time hobby that both require using my right hand , it has been urting for 3 months on and off , was having a bad day with it today , did this and i am feeling much better , hopefully physio will work too
Hi, I had a second opinion from the Doctor and it said from the result, repetitive strain injury from elbow to forearm because I have repetitive wrist activity from a part time job. It affects my hand as well, I cannot grip my right hand. The flexor and extensor tendons are painful when I am trying to close my hand. Can you give me the exercise or tips on how can I close my hands/grip and improve the range of bending my fingers. I am suffering for almost 2 and half months, Thank you.
I just followed the exercises for the first time, they make sense - how many times a day/week should we do these? I am a regular keyboard and mouse user of many years and I am sure is the mouse clicks that have caused my pain :-)
Listen to your body, never push through any pain. If you experience pain immediately stop what you’re doing. Otherwise you might worsen it. There are many exercises available, find one that works for you. Best of luck!
Feeling pretty good so far. A lot of my job involves ctrl + c and ctrl + v. My little finger knuckle was on fire yesterday. With any luck stretching prior to work keep it at bay.
Have you tried binding those commands to another key? Could also try those gamer mouse with additional buttons, probably easier than stretching for ctrl + c etc
I did these exercises several months ago for wrist pain - 2x times a day for a few days and they worked. Now pain is back after long typing sessions. So I’m back here 😅

Thank you for the video. I''ve had RSI pin for three weeks now, for the first week or so it moved from my lower right palm to forearm to elbow then shoulder and right side of chest then the pain moved to just my right ring finger, it's always been a dull ache when I attempt to write, type or grip something. Now the ache has moved again and for the last week it's been on the top of both my right and left palm, just below my fingers, basically where my knuckles are but on the inside of my hands on my palms below each of my fingers excluding the baby fingers. It can be red in these areas and slightly raised and sensitive to touch, they can have a burning feeling and when i pick something up or write its a dull ache. I'm strruggling to use my hands now and im off work due to it. im resting my hands and doing stretches with them but how can i help stop this as its been three weeks and i cant work now which is on a computer as typing can make them worse and iwant to fix it, not work and its no longer fixable. I typed this out using a pen to lessen the impact from pressing the keys

What we recommend is consulting with the healthcare provider familiar with your condition. Mobilization, flexibility and strengthening of the muscles and tendons of the hand are critical, but it depends on your diagnosis and symptoms. Best of luck!
I really need your help mam, I've been playing video games in controller for 5 hours a day for the past 1 and a half month, my right thumb shakes vigorously when I do the thumbs up sign, is it Repetitive Strain injury??
Thank you for your question! I think the best thing to do is to call Telehealth and explain your symptoms. Moving and exercising your hand/finger are important but it sounds like a chat with a medical professional would be a prudent first step.
All mine shake a lot since I have constantly on phone and drive tencing up my hands a lot to due to anxiety and now I have aches shakes can’t grip and weak wrist 🙈
The area across my palms just below the fingers can often flare up, going red and burning a little and when i wriggle my index finger i can feel the pull under the skin. I've had this now for three months. I saw a physio and she treated it with ultrasound therapy and stretches and it has got a lot better but usually once a day i'll have a flare up where it can get a little inflammed along with a burning feeling. Is this RSI?
Thanks for your comment and sorry to hear that you often have flare ups. We are not in a position to diagnose so it would be best to consult with your doctor on this. Good luck and stay well.
