Guys it's not that expensive. The AMD ryzen 5 4500 u ( better than intel in terms of cpu) is like 70k Indian rupees.
Btw I recommend not buying laptops online. Except for apple, I don't trust any company to make flawless products. (As in build quality and warranty) even Dell XPS 15 had trackpad issues when costing several lakhs. Buy offline.

How is the performance of laptop after one month ?
Want to know if frequent use of the hinges to the 360 degrees tablet form, will damage the hinges with time.
I am using the Spectre x360 since Nov. 2015. Never had a problem in this nearly six-year period.

I just purchased this laptop for business school and was told by the store employee the fan would not be noisy. Upon opening the laptop and removing it from the box, the fan was very noticeable. Any tips on how to quiet the fan noise? I entered BIOS and hit the Quiet/Cool option for the fan but it was still whirring? Thanks in advance.
I was looking for a laptop at this price range , and this was one of the options on my mind but then i saw many people report broken hinge after a year or so , so I suggest go for xps 13 instead. I was also looking at Surface laptop 3 but I don't think it's available in Nepal though.

@@vedkapur1 I am not from India, man, I am from Nepal. One of my relatives was travelling from the US to Nepal, so he brought the device here to me. This machine is DAMN GOOD. Good luck in getting it outside of the US 🙂

Hi, just tried a friends envy (ryzen 4500, 8 gb, 256 gb ssd), it gets very very hot during the initial charging phase(0 to 50%), not possible to use on lap during that time. Is it a common thing for this series or a exceptional laptop he should return. same with yours?

Just a disclaimer, it has major heating issues, hinge issues.

Hp Envy is covered with superb build qua;ity & top notch performance ( amd ryzen 5 ).I am using it for a year & not got any type of issues. Hope I helped you!

It's best for video editing when you use it with external monitor. Screen ratio is a drawback.

I was close to buy it, but it doesn't support standard USB Type-C PD power supply. WHY?!?
I don't want to have another not standard PSU at home. I already have 5x Dell PSUs, 4x Lenovo and 1x MSI (however this MSI is a standard PSU without 3'rd line to check the PSU vendor).

Very comprehensive review. This appears to be exactly what I am looking for. Upgraded to 16GB RAM.
The laptop is fantastic in terms of performance, the display. But I would still never recommend buying this laptop, because the hinges are way too delicate, and I have seen many people, include myself, face broken hinges within a year of use.
