I got the same setup on mine, add locktite to it, my shift rod came lose during a trackday so had to go home and added red threadlock and been good since
how does your shifter peg stay in place? I've had two of them fly off now while ripping at 120+. As far as I can tell its simply screwed on as hand-tight as possible, but there's no way that's going to resist the vibrations. I bought the bike with this rearset so I am not familiar just frustrated that I immediately lost the replacement on my first ride after having to wait a week for it to ship

Did you use some red thread locker on the bolt? That's about the only difference from tightening that i did.

Make sure the thread locker dries as well before using it, red is the best option as blue melts with the heat
