by far the quickest and best way (imo) to build up muscle and clean technique for swimming. i can almost feel my muscles aching from this workout

I’ve always loved the breaststroke. That’s probably my favorite swimming style to do.

It’s the only stroke I can do somewhat competently. Maybe because it’s symmetrical and pretty easy compared to butterfly.
