Growing up in East London (I was a Teen between 2005-2015) I can say without any doubt at all that Kidulthood was (and is) a masterpiece, it captured the reality we were living and seeing on a daily basis perfectly.
Noel played Sam so well, and Sam as a character was such an accurate representation, I mean for anyone growing up in East London at that time, we were all familiar with Sam - all of us knew a few Sam's in our lives.
