maybe, but my pc is also old, i got it since 2013 and I.G.I worked fine for me without any lags, 3 years later my pc got broken and had to make a new windows for it (from windows 7 32bit to 64) and igi started lagging for me since then, i spent like months searching for old graphics (intel hd graphics) that fit for my pc, however, i didn't find any and i had to use a program called "dgvoodoo" which kills most of the performance (lag) to be playable again but i didn't like it, you can check my channel out if you want to see what i am talking about.
