Nope, there is no shell station inbetween Tanjong Rhu and Katong Park, its built that way as it is a crossover [incase of any service disruption or the train needed to go back to the depot for maintenence]

If your looking for a shell station, I reccomend going to Springleaf, and take the train heading to Bayshore, there is an opening and a empty platform there. That is Tagore Station [TE4A]
