Im not into Power Metal but I love UTA .. Tonight we Ride , Taste your Metal , General of the Dark Army , Cleanse the Bloodlines , The Matriarch , Time Stand Still ,are some of there good songs but most of them are just bangers..
Here's a vague breakdown to give you a bit of context behind this songs lyrics and the album it's from - Apex(2017).
This is a concept album telling a story track by track about an Immortal being. This is the opening song on the album. It is sung from the Immortals perspective(not all the tracks are), about being awoken in his mountain hollow from a 1000 year sleep. As a covenant of birth, the immortal must do the bidding of whoever awakens him. As the tracks progress, you find out that The Matriarch(which is played by the male vocalist in this song Awakening) was the one to awaken him. She wants him to find her four sons, so she can kill them and perform a blood ritual to gain immortality for herself(pretty dark haha), and his journey to find them. Each son has their own song about them on the album. The closing song Apex, is about the immortal going back to sleep in his mountain and it is a phenomenally written song.
Their new album which came out in August, is a continuation of this story, and the immortal has awoken on a spaceship confused as hell wondering where tf his mountain is lol from the single Abyss. I won't go into the rest of the album lol

The further you go back into the catalog, the darker and heavier it gets, less power metally. I love some old stuff like "Black goat of the woods" and "Daughters of Winterstone". Newer songs Test Your Metal and Soulbound kick ass too
I suggest Cleanse the Bloodlines by UTA. The song was made to headband to and you can tell

such a good song lots of energy they definitely do power metal from Vancouver BC some major justice holy smokes along with the other five albums i have been listening to such classical metal masterpieces they clearly know what sound they are after here and as well versed with they're instruments and with those absolutely beautiful vocal range that brittany has she could if she wanted to put some others to shame with that voice of hers

The problem is I think that most people will recommend Tonight We ride but I don't think you'll like it. It's not mixed well and it has super over the top Power Metal sounds. Their newer stuff is all legit.. pick any song off of Apex or Abyss and you're golden. I would recommend Soulbound or Cleanse the Bloodlines.

The intro was my favorite part, was kinda disappointed but the rest, not because it wasn't good just that it was like a different song from the intro which had like dark ambient survival vibes like Metroid Prime. Still great song has kinda dragon force vibes as well and yes Iron Madian too
