This was the song being played when Hyunwoo sent Haein to surgery. That scene was so emotional, I cried so much. Haein inside the surgery room calling Hyunwoo's name so that she can't forget. Hyunwoo breaking down after keeping it all in.

드라마도 인생의 한편 같은 일이라 허구의 이야기지만 이런 생각이 들게 하는 것 같아요. 장면. 대사 등등 개인의 입장에 따라 와닿는 부분의 차이가 있지만. 단순히 드라마가 아닌 인생의 큰 위로.

Unlike most of the other QOT OST songs where I can find a video of the artists singing the songs, I can't find one of Choi Yu Ree singing Promise. Is there a reason? This has to be one of the best songs on the full soundtrack and there is so much talent throughout.

I felt sadness, felt romance, how this song was combined with the scenes in this drama, especially when Baek Hyun Wo expressed his love for Hae In, it was simple but his expression looked very, very romantic.
