We also use dasavatara names in Sanskrit in south but in the song they are not exactly saying the names in Sanskrit but explaining what those avataras did
Meenamai-taking a form of fish
Pidapa koormamai- again taking a form of a turtle
Tanu varahamai- he taking a form of varaha
Manasu sayamai- helping us in every avatar
Baanamai- as arrow indicating rama avatar
Karaku khadgamai-you are a sword to our hands(indicating Parashuram avatar maybe)
Churuku ghatamai-attacking your enemies
Manaku vootamai-being a guide to us all this time

As a Telugu speaking person, Hindi version gave me more impact than Telugu one. You should react to Hindi too it was lit 🔥

Exactly opposite for me. 😂 As a Hindi speaker I felt that the way Sanskrit-Telugu has been used in this theme made it much more melodic, and also provided it with a serene purity that the Hindi version lacks.
