I don't really have a close track of costs...but tiles were around 140 boxes....gypsum came to around 90k juu it's just simple....lots of wood...Around 300 bags of cement...wardrobes total materials were around 120k...and many more which I can't remember....it's been a project we have been doing for 3 years
