I think the translation in Tagalog is wrong
Kape - means Coffee
Isa - means One
Magkaroon - means to have
It should be stop drinking coffee or don't drink coffee. In tagalog, Huwag kang uminom ng kape.
I think that's why the trans are confusing because they translate it by words and literally
