Which neighborhood do you recommend for a 30 something female young professional w no kids looking to be close to the beach, galleries, shopping but away from tourist traps 😁
Good, accurate, honest assessment of the areas. I think the east proximity of everything you mentioned will keep the gentrification process going. Of course I'm biased towards Boca, but Ft. Lauderdale is a great place to call home if you get the right place for your situation and I expect those values to keep going up. Not a realtor but a longtime Florida guy. Good job Tanner!
Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, there are quite a few great cities around the fort lauderdale area. It just depends on lifestyle and what someone can afford.
+Deven Thomas there are some great areas in and around Fort Lauderdale but it’s really going to come down to budget. Let’s get on a quick call to discuss what you’re looking for in a new place. I’ll include a link to my availability for the next few days. You can just choose whatever time/day works best for you. calendly.com/tj--44/15min
+Chatsworth1979 thank you! It truly means a lot to hear that. If you ever make it down this way to visit, we should get together for some food or a drink 👍
We rent in Downtown Fort Lauderdale and it's a great location in Flager Arts Village, we bike ride near Riverfront, and watch boats going by. Himmarshee, Las Olas all nearby, we truly love our neighborhood. 🌞🏖🏝

I know this is an old comment but did you move? Did you find a good neighborhood? I am in the same boat.

What do you think about Rio Vista?
Watched a few of your vids, you do such a good job that I almost wish I was really moving to Ft. L. just so I could hire you as my realtor!✨✔

what about Wilton Manors, is that a safe and trendy hood?
Wilton Manors is great! It's been a popular area for quite some time.
