Benedict vs Francis? A Tale of Two Documents

What is a Catholic to think about the restrictions on the 'Latin Mass'? Have we really moved from 'Benedict's Peace to Francis' War' as the traditionalists claim? Some claim that Pope Francis undid the good work of Pope Benedict XVI without need. (For example the movie 'Mass of the Ages Episode 3' ).
Here, in 'A Tale of Two Documents', the continuity between the aim of these two popes is explained, using their own words from their own documents. Catholics who have only heard the 'traditionalist' version will be intrigued.
