@@Daramouthe A ghost kitchen is more based out of renting an industrial kitchen and only taking pre-orders. A food truck has a visible "storefront" and can take orders from walk-ups. It's like the difference between a limo service and a taxi.
You should focus on the food truck first and open a ghost kitchen for a milestone

I remember when you first did that recipe on the channel. I took it, changed a few things because I'm a mad scientist, and not only felt proud I made a knockout dish that so many people said tasted professional, but it was the first full meal of yours I dared to try. Bento restaurants seem to be all of the rage recently! The Japanese ones are usually pretty expensive, but Taiwan and Korean and fusion bowl and truck places are bringing a lot of great variety to the fast casual space! There's a lot of opportunity there.
Cardboard cosplay props! Love making them, love seeing them. Power of the duct tape.
Finally, we started the Househusband Jdrama, so despite the Demon Slayer theming, all this was missing to me was trying to deliver these bentos on bicycle and getting stopped by a cop (which you would try to get out of by bribing them with a grocery coupon. Or in this case, those sweet Demon Slayer biscuits).
When you did multiple rounds of cooking the onions and beef, it gave me major Campfire Cooking in Another World vibes!

You helped me out once again just by what you're making, I had some Zebu Beef left over and I just made Gyudon for meal prep. Usually I add or change things in recipes, but this is just so simple and perfect, there's nothing to change here, except I used much less sugar. Tastes absolutely amazing.
I'm fasting right now, so opening your chanel is like a torture.
But man it was worth the pain. This bento is perfect for my last meal before starting my fast.

After seeing you do this, I think I've only seen 1 other YTer show the dish work afterwards. I'll go through and order the book, because I NEED to try most of these dishes.
showing the dishes making these things creates is quite relatable to my last few weekends. to turn a paragraph into a few sentences, I've been trying to cook for friends every weekend, and sometimes I'll realize the pan I'm using is just barely not big enough and have to dirty another pan due to my lack of planning, and I have a lot of dishes that are either not dish washer safe, don't fit even if they are, or because I'm not sure I'm not gonna chance it. (my brand new sheet tray looks horrible now because I thought it was dishwasher safe, outside of my dalstrong chef knife, it was the most prized tool in my kitchen)

Tip for you, Try baking the eggs in a muffin tin. Keeps the eggs from hitting eachother in the pot and makes a pretty good egg
Just experiment with times to figure out when it is hard boiled versus soft boiled. Also, poached eggs are very good in an instapot!

This remind me of a Asian variety show watched with my parents as a kid. Basically the parents cook a lunch and the host had to deliver it to their kid in time. This requires a bit of traveling.
