Yudina, ALWAYS interesting, never like anyone else. When I hear her play she pins me like a butterfly in a collector's case. I can't move. I can certainly understand why S. Richter, who thought she was sometimes perverse, nonetheless thought she was a great artist, and loved to hear her concerts.
Maria Yudina's piano performance is the best. I was deeply moved by the splendor. I have not known this "Master of Performance" until now. I got the joy of 'discovery' on TH-cam via this channel. Her phrasing in Mozart is unlike any other pianist I have heard. She breaks and then starts phrases with minute gaps demonstrating, to me anyway, aspects of the music that I had noticed.
Much better than the wild , rough playing in her Mozart a minor rondo and elsewhere . 6:50 shows the off mentality .Strange ascending scale later . I don't think it's her philosophy of Mozart but her personality . Hear her Schubert sonata for the sublime ideas and logic of this sometimes wonderful pianist .

Excelente técnica. Sonido claro y aterciopelado. Pero en general la música suena demasiado rápido para mi gusto. En mi opinión, eso le resta profundidad al discurso musical y suena con mucha ansiedad
