Ummmm there is always two sides to the story, the mother to the alleged father has been interfering so much in the couples issues which had lead to the separation. They need the court to sort their issues now. The father is irresponsible and has not taken his position as a father and husband in the marriage. Mmm I was raising red flags for the mother in law she seemed too involved in her sons affairs. Sad this family needs a lot of family therapy for the sake of the children. They need to understand their children’s well-being is now the priority not their differences and both need to cooperate. They need to share property if they acquired it together not just take it away from the mother. Then agree on who does what on paper about the kids and keep that contracts Eg the mom takes them and the father visits with them and pays her for upkeep. Cz it doesn’t make sense for the kids to live with the dad if he has to go look/find another woman to take care of them because he can’t take care of them himself. Why can’t their mother take care of them instead of a step-mother if the mother wants them. Cz the mother is the better caretaker simply because it’s her children; unless there are reasonable grounds otherwise.
Or they can each get one child and make sure they visit each other a lot if they can’t agree on where they shd be. Eish it’s a big custody case. Sad for the kids. They need to give the children their own surname if they can’t agree with what surname to put. That way the kids will change later. They can’t be undocumented at that age.
They both need to understand cutting off of each one is not an option. Unfortunately having babies is permanent. That’s why it’s important to carefully select a mate. They both need to remain open to the other parent for the sake of the children. I think shifting mentality from their relationship and how they wronged each other to focusing on their children’s welfare will help. They are too focused on their relationship and damaging the kids in the process. That’s why it’s important to decide how they will proceed and sign a document so there will be structure in kids life.

keep up with the good work mr mugabe. i think the guy is too irresponsible in his own marriage. the mother is involved way too much in her son's marriage and is being one sided in this issue. this man needs to man up in his own life otherwise history will repeat itself in his current marriage as his mother is dominant in his life. therapy is important at this stage. this is a lesson for me and my fellow youths who want to get married soon
