Are you kidding me!?!?! What the hell putz? Why on earth would you make and post a video where the operator has his damn hand inside the S-tube while it’s shifting? That’s not just unsafe, it’s ridiculously careless, dangerous, and beyond stupid. Hell even the operator manuals you guys make says not to do that. People are going to watch this and end up getting hurt because they’ll think that it’s okay to do.
Dear Mr. Gambill, we are sorry that our cleaning video did not satisfy your expectation of a safe hopper cleaning. Indeed there are many different ways of cleaning, nearly every operator has an own detail in the whole process. There are some really dangerous cleaning methods which can still be seen in the market: cleaning with open hopper and running pump (not possible on current Putzmeister machines), putting hands into the bottom outlet of the hopper when the pump is running. Putting hands into the S-tube outlet during pump running is also not really advisable. In this point you are right. But there is no danger because of moving parts. Due to the S-tube length the cutting point between spectacle plate and S-tube is far away. There is a risk of cutting the water hose but the position of the water hose resp. the hands of the operator in the cleaning video is far away from this point. We promise to show the S-tube cleaning even more perfect in a new cleaning video in the future. Thank you.

You must not pump worth a shit. I can stick half my arm in my boom and whole arm in my line pump. It’s the shwings with the y section you want no part to go in there.

We have a business that is washing there company trucks at home. And there is a dark brown oil slick going down the storm drain. What chemical is being emitted. It's not water soluble!
The material which comes out of the pipe is remaining concrete together with the cleaning water. If you want to point out another material can you tell us on which second of the video you can see it? Thank you!

zie tijdens het reinigen ,pompist let op aub! doe dit nooit meer . heb 26 jaar ervaring gehad met betonpompen.

It is not possible to be too far into the s-valve with the arm so that you get hurt by the switch over. But we will of course consider this aspect in our next video to avoid any misunderstanding.
