Great video again! I have a question is it mandatory to rewind the motor with the same winding diagram as it was before or can you decide by your own to change that, as long as the rated power, rpm, voltage.. is the same?
Thank you.It should rewind with the same as it was original data to maintain the efficiency of the motor somehow.but it can be re-design the winding with the right calculations mostly the size of wire if you don’t have the original size of wire on stock it can be change into other size using the area circular mills table and also the type of the winding but make sure not losses efficiency of the motor.

The connection is 2 wye delta that’s a Hi.basic connection for 2 poles. If you connect outside in the terminal box with delta 1-6 L1 2-4 L2 3-5 L3 you have 2 delta if you connect 1 L1 2 L2 3 L3 and joint together the 456 you have 2 wye.
