1\2 Cup chanadal
1\2 Cup Urad dal
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1\2 Cup sour curd Or
1 cup butter milk
1\2 tsp Turmeric Powder
salt to taste
red chili Powder
Coriander leaves
Oil
For Garlic Chutney
20-25 garlic Cloves
3-4 tbs Kashmiri red chilli Powder
2 tbs Red chilli Powder
1 tsp salt
2-3 pinch sugar
2 tbs Oil
