U r telling the correct...but ST ELEVATION IN 2/3/AVF....AND ST DEPRESSION...in exact apposite direction is called raciprocal changes..... So IF 2/3 LEADS HAVE ST ELEVATION IT IS CERTAINLY STEMI....u shouldnt think about NSTEMI until there is St depression.,..only...
