what a great idea! Do you think this would work replacing the palm sugar with honey? I'm always trying to remove man-made processed sugars with natural sweeteners. Also does "lime" have another name in english? I'm not sure what that is that you call lime in the video. Normally we call the fruit that looks like a lemon but is smaller and green a lime.

Thank you so much for watching and giving such precious comment. Palm sugar gives more deep sweet than white sugar and it goes well with sweet potato. Never try using honey though :)
For lime, yes I make mistakes in English word (my bad word using) it's actually limestone powder. We use it to make the sweet potato harden so that it will not be broken in long period of boiling with sugar. Appreciate your suggestion 😊😊
