Hey that grate glad you had a good time, if your fishing catch one for me. I`m still looking for a 30 or 35 hp but they are hard to find and also had to put everything on hold. These fires are sometimes are coming close to the house but it will rain soon I hope. Enjoy the water and every now and then through a cup my way, I`ll put it on the fire. safe boating out there.
I have to say, In the 2nd half of this video are you running at full throttle? It does not look like the carb is opening up. I think there is a lot more power in that motor.
I just love this sound of 2cyl. Johnson

@jasper60103 - I believe so, it's on a 14.5 ft sea nymph fishing machine. Which is made for a long shaft.
Sounds good I'm working on a 1990 30hp hope to have a video up soon.
@jrsdiesel Thanks. I can't wait for summer!
@bigdaddysteve50 Yea, I was out on the lake yesterday. I'm really enjoying this motor. Thanks.
thats a sweet 30 hp johnson!!
Look and sounds good, that what I`m looking for to put on my boat, or a 35hp, the old 25 just dont push her the way it should. Good job.
Mine was cavitating last time I had it out. Had it on the second hole from the bottom. any ideas?
@jrsdiesel Sounds like a nice project. You should share your project experience with iBoats-Johnson forum. A lot of good help and info there too.
@95rman Mine is set at the second hole out as well. Is the cavitation plate about even with the bottom of the keel?
solid bro, good job!

chrysleroutboarddude Yes, I agree. I discovered later I wasn't getting the full range (rotation) out my throttle.
What prop are you using?
sounds good :)
Thanks.
