The multi purpose billy clubs are an important part of the character. They are supposed to be able to make a bo-staff and nunchucks etc. and they still do. Nothing wrong with most of his villains either.

We had a developed new character the agent from FBI only to get shot in the head, i found that really stupid. By now I would have to be the only guy that thinks the Dare Devil film was decent. Sure it isn't close to being as good as the Netflix series but, as it's own type of thing it holds up IMO. Plus I was never a hardcore DareDevil fan so I can't really get all that pissed to begin with. Having somewhat enhanced senses isn't really that good of a superpower. I mean he's hardly any different than a regular blind person. In the Netflix series he gets his ass kicked by Frank Castle because of his lack of super strength and any sort of combat training beyond boxing.
The thing is that being decent is not enough for a movie today. They want us to spend something like 20 $ in cinema for watching the movie and snakcs and beverages and stuff. For that money I want a good movie not just a decent one.
You obviously don't understand his powers if you don't think they're that impressive, he can also sense changes in atmosphere, so think Spidermans Spider Sense, it's kind of like that, so if someone was to throw a punch he could feel the air currents shift as that person moves their arm, so that gives him time to either dodge the punch, or trap arm and follow up with an arm bar, his power set is unique, and his senses aren't 'somewhat enhanced' they're amplified to superhuman levels. Technically his radar senses give him a kind of vision, I actually think the movie explained that power a little bit better than the tv series.

Often times comics introduce a new villain (or even a hero) in one series, only for them to become just as important, if not more important, in another series. Apocalypse was introduced as an X-Factor villain, then became an X-Men villain. Deathstroke was introduced as a Teen Titans villain, but became just as prominent as a Batman & JL villain later on. Thanos was introduced as an Iron Man villain, before moving on through a number of series until he was best associated with the Avengers. Prometheus debuted as a Blue Beetle villain, eventually becoming a Teen Titans & JL villain. Lady Deathstrike was introduced as a Daredevil villain, then became known as an X-Men & Wolverine villain. Mystique debuted in Ms. Marvel comics, then became known as a villain in various X-Men stories. There's plenty more, as villains bounce back & forth between any number of heroes they target (like Reverse Flash targeting Superman or Dr Doom being an everyone villain), but ultimately it comes down to who had the best stories with those characters, and though Spider-Man had some great ones with Kingpin, Daredevil's take the cake.
Actually daredevils yellow costume was an ode to his father who gave his boxing robe to Matt before he knew he would die when Matt was making his original suite it was to bring his father's killers to justice he only changed his suite after Karen told him to make his suite all red
I literally cried out loud at #2! I used to read that as a young child over and over and that's all I knew of daredevil till much older. It was ridiculous LOL given to us by the firemen on field trips.
I remember my brother getting that Daredevil "educational" comic. I didn't realize it was that big of a deal and figured it was a pretty common thing to have a superhero appear in that type of thing. Pretty much like the shorts that they would show at the end of every G.I.Joe episode.
I really enjoyed the Daredevil movie. But then I watched the Director's Cut on DVD. All the things that don't make sense in the cinematic release slot into place in the director's cut, thanks to 22 minutes of previously unseen footage which ties up the almost invisible sub-plot only really hinted at in the cinematic version.
MCU DD and Widow haven't interacted yet, but the whole Defenders thing could put them into the world stage and get them to cross paths, so maybe there's a future for it. Right now within the MCU he's just a small-timer that occasionally whoops bad dudes.

It's such a shame that the marvel shows and movies never cross apart from the first Avengers movie being refered to as "the incident" in the tv shows. Sure it would fuck up the budget to have one of the A-Class stars like RDJ or Scarlet Johannson appear in one episode of one of the shows but it's not like marvel couldn't afford it and it would be dope as fuck. especially since Black Widow barely needs special effects she could work amazingly in the Daredevil show which is the best of them all for now (Punisher is dope too).

Hah! The Incredible Hulk movies (there’s one with Thor as well as one with Daredevil) are available in a box set and I have seen them both! And they aren’t that bad. The quality of the acting and the writing make up for what they lack in special effects.
The Netflix Daredevil is better than anything Daredevil created from movies and Comics. It is a Cinematic dark version on TV which is badass. Charlie Cox makes a good Daredevil. I think they should use that costume for the comics and make him look real.

In fact the comic has produced some of the best Daredevil of all time in the last 20 years (since the launch of Marvel Knights), consistently one of the best comics more often than not for that period (a short downturn for the Diggle run). Bendis, Brubaker, and Waid's runs especially are superior to the show, for the same reason a show is superior to a movie, the comics offer more time for development. Plus, Season 2 of the show was pretty weak outside of the Punisher stuff. The Netlflix show is very much rooted in a similar style to the Bendis run.

Stilt Man was referenced in the First Season of Marvel's Daredevil. There was a Suit made out of Stilt in Melvin Potter's Warehouse.

Mark Waid's Daredevil run is the absolute best! No show or movie could live up to that.
