I’d say don’t go for it, I ordered ON and got a fake one. The smell was so bad, even after 2 years that shaker has that smell. Had to get MB home testing kit to ensure I’m not wrong and it took around 7 months to get the refund. Really had a horrible experience.

It doesn’t need to be….The actual product is in a polythene bag, sealed and airtight, with a batch seal on it. But once you open the polybag, u need to transfer the product in an airtight jar, coz the bucket is not airtight.

Opt for replacement. Did the outer box had dent or the actual protein box also has a dent? If its just a box then its fine coz in transit it happens sometimes. But im shocked to hear that coz i order so much stuff online n nykaa has to be the best in terms of packing. Ive never seen any other company do packing like them.
