Gehl Telehandler binding issue

It appears something is binding up. There's no load on this right now and it sounds horrible. There's under 100 hours on the machine.

I KNOW THIS IS OLD VIDEO BUT WAS WONDERING IF YOU FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM..WE HAVE A COUPLE 2021 GEHL RS8 44's THAT DO THE SAME THING. WELL I KNOW ONE OF THEM DOES NOT SURE ABOUT THE OTHER..THANKS IN ADVANCE

It's been a while but I believe they just bled the lines and it no longer makes that noise.
