Personally I think you went a little overboard with the grease. Both on the gears and definitely the drag washers. Just makes a mess and makes it easier to catch debris and cause your reel to foul up. Thanks for posting this. I found it very imformative.
Yes very good i use kerosene to clean my reels not many do this they just wipe off the old grease then apply new grease on top that is not properly cleaned .

There isn't reverse gear in Twin power there is only anti reverse
For anti reverse u have to check all spring and small lock

what liquid did you use to remove grease?
Many, carb cleaner, petrol, degreaser
But keep these thing away from rubber, paint, plastic. It will deteriorated. But I use petrol.

You made couple of mistakes when putting the parts back in the reel. Also, Penn grease is terrible for shimano reels. If you open the reel the first time, you will noticed the grease was white. That is shimano grease which you can purchase on eBay. Shimano grease makes the gears pasty and smooth to crank like butter. Penn grease makes the gears sticky and tough to crank. I have the same reel as you and I will never make that mistake again.
