This song is generally an amazing song but I have been getting help for my anxiety and I stopped having therapy a while ago and it had finally started to get a lot better. It is now getting worse and I do not wanna have to go through what I did so I am trying SO hard for the past not to repeat its self. So listening to this whilst trying to calm down and think straight is AMAZING
